When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account, Limzy accesses your ad accounts, campaigns, and performance data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the methods below.
Disconnect from Limzy
Channel Management → Connected Meta Ads account → ⋮ → Disconnect Once disconnected, the access token for that account is deleted immediately.
Remove the app from Facebook
Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Limzy → Remove
Request data deletion
Email tech@d3company.co.kr with your connected account details to request deletion. We will delete all related data within 30 days of receiving your request and notify you once completed.
